Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all garage door services. All estimates are non-binding and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if additional issues are discovered during the repair or installation process. In such cases, we will inform you of any price changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, but service times may vary due to job complexity, weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Warranties

Flatirons Garage Doors provides warranties on both parts and labor for our repair and installation services. Specific warranty terms vary depending on the type of service performed and the products installed. Your technician will provide warranty details before work begins, and warranty information will be included on your service invoice.

Warranties are void if:

  • The garage door or components have been modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized party after our service
  • Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters
  • The product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or the manufacturer's recommendations

Manufacturer warranties on products we install are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
